Answer:	The frozen food arrives in a grocery paper bag. It is taped at the top with a white sticker with your name. They separate all the items according to type in each bags(dry, dairy, frozen etc) The delivery trucks must be refrigerated because all items are frozen or cold. You are alerted when they are out for delivery so you know when to expect the groceries and you are notified when they they deliver.

Answer:	No, it does not come in a sealed wrapper within the outer wrapper, so I guess you could say that it is not tamper proof. I guess there are many other breads that are not "tamper proof" either. I really like it and of all the things I have to worry about I am not worrying about it being tamper proof.

Answer:	It depends on the type. I had to Google the bread and then search images. The thin sliced seems to be the lowest in carbs. 13 carbs a slice. But it also has 3 grams of dinner making it 10 net carbs. There are quite a few types so it depends on what kind you want.
