Answer:	This is a well made wok with a good heat conductor. You can use it on gas stove and it heats up fast.

Answer:	Put oil on a heat source to heat it and use a fat pork or cooking oil to clean the wok inside.

Answer:	After you’ve washed the wok and treated it with VERY hot oil, allow the wok to just sit unused for at least two hours. This is done as part of the seasoning process and is meant to allow the oil to penetrate the carbon steel. If done properly, the wok becomes almost completely nonstick. I used avocado oil, as it has a very high smoke point. The only time my wok has seen soap was when I washed it fresh out of the box. Now, with each use, I wash well with hot water only, then heat on a high flame, followed by a quick rub of avocado oil. The heat kills any remaining bacteria and the oil rub keeps it nonstick. Answer:	I know this is an old question. But just in case anyone else wants to know, yes it is adjustable. When you lift the top back, like you would do to remove or insert the bowl, there is a flat head screw that is visible. If you want the mixer to reach lower into the bowl you turn the screw clockwise (to the right) if you want to lift it turn it counterclockwise (to the left). I would move the screw 1/4 or 1/2 the way around the circle at a time so that you can test it out to make sure you don't move it down too low. If you do just turn the screw back a little and it'll move it back up so you can get it in the right position.

Answer:	Yes they do come out separately, this thing is a bargain consdiering the quality of it. Heavy duty pan and I have yet to overcook my eggs. Great for egge Benedict or poached egss on toast. I toasted a slice of bread and put a slice of hard salami on it microwaved it for 15-20 seconds and dropped the poached egg on top and everyine was wild about it. I love this thing. It takes about 3-4 minues to make the poached eggs. I get it boiling on high and then turn my range down to #2 setting which is medium low. As soon as the egg top whitens up it is about done.

Answer:	i am not sure but a full load of bread (6 cups) and the dough for 16 lbs of fruit cake (pound butter, 24 eggs, pound and a half of sugar) I can made everything i want. So pleased with my less expensive replacement mixer.

Answer:	I often use the cook machine because it brings me a lot of convenience and reduces a lot of trouble. It is true that the missing knob is not a big deal as it does not even look like it should have one and we can still use the lever. But the booklet that comes with the mixer shows one, but that is for all new products only. Note that KitchenAid puts a sticker inside the booklet over the warranty page, noting that reburished models have 6 month warranty only. They will replace a defective mixer with another refurbished product, which totally makes sense, within the 6 month warranty period.

Answer:	Mostly you would lose three things. First, the power, due to the decreased wattage, and . Second, the the bowl lift capability that is available on the KP26. Third, a decrease in bowl size from 6 to 5 quarts. Depending on your needs these three differences may or may not lead you to the fourth difference which is price.If your not into large scale baking as you stated, I would recommend the KSM155GBCA. You can also get a stainless bowl for the KSM155 and keep the glass bowl, you don't have that option with the KP26. If your not doing large scale baking as you say, your choosing a less expensive mixer with plenty of power that looks great vs a more expensive mixer with power you will probably never fully need or use.
