Answer:	I bought six of these and gave them as gifts with candles but I don’t remember checking to see the country of origin. Sorry. Everybody was happy to get them but I did not ask anyone about any of the information.

Answer:	Hi, The folding lighter is the only lighter in the set of 4 that is refillable with any butane fluid. Scripto also makes a universalbutane fluid. For refilling the lighter, one needs to press firmly the refill tip of the butane fluid container vertically downward to the refill valve of the lighter and apply pressure to it for seconds so that the transfer is achieved. Question:	Are these all "turbo" ie a strong pointed, compact blue flame and not a lazy yellow flame
Answer:	If I understand your question correctly, then yes to all, especially the wind resistant one. The flame burned straight and blue at the other three bases, turning yellow at the top of the flame where they flickered a bit. The wind resistant flame was so strong, it was audible. It was also a more pointed flame. But I detected only a tiny bit of blue at its base. Most of the flame was yellow. Still, if I had to use the word "turbo" to describe any of these lighters it would be the wind resistant one.

Question:	I can't pull the trigger hard enough to get it to work. this is beyond stiff. am i doing something wrong? are you certain that there is not a lock
Answer:	There is no lock. There is quite a bit of force necessary to use the lighter. One imagines the piezoelectric starter is based on progressive pressure that is released at the furthest extent of the trigger throw. Meaning, it takes progressive more pressure on the trigger before it finally "gives" and sparks the gas. I would say you're not doing anything wrong, it takes quite a bit of pressure and if you really can't get it to spark, then return it as defective.
Question:	How do i refill it when its empty do i need anything to get it open
Answer:	I have had one for over 10 years of refilling and using. It is perfectly safe. I have had it bouncing around in a tool box at times and the fluid does not leak. It's always been a great go to reliable lighter. I'm on here now buying more of them to have around the house so I don't have to keep retrieving one.
