Answer:	It says 3.50/count, and if you multiply 3.50 x 4 it = 14.00, so that would appear to mean 4 packs of 4 individual drinks. Answer:	Yes. I've lost 20 lbs drinking 2 shakes a day but I drink 1/2 for best then a yogurt whip for lunch or egg. Then 1/2 the 1st shake whenever I get hu gryphon again and do the same with the second shake. I eat meat and eggs in s.all portions if I'm still hungry but it has been working and I'm not hungry. Someti.es I sneak a lindt chocolate truffle..once or twice a week. I've been doing this a long time.over 6 months. I could lose more quickly but don't want to feel deprived. It's derived from non-GMO sugar cane and it's created in a process in which the sugars are fermented into the acid. Answer:	It kept me a little bit over level because I consumed this at night after working out. It was quick and easy. I usually at a banana or mixed it with lactose free milk. By itself mixed in water, in my opinion it’s not a heavy hitter if you’re really serious in your workouts! If you deadlift, do a lot of cross training, bench press, squat, and so forth, 70 grams of carbs won’t cut it. Also, people are different. If you’re gaining the necessary amount of nutrients (carbs and proteins) through the day, this might work. For instance, if you need about 300 grams of carbs, I would make sure I’m around 230 grams or higher when I workout. Also I would eat a carb loaded meal 2-3 hours before my workout cause your body’s gonna burn it. If you burn 40 grams of carbs during your workout, you’re only gaining 30 carbs when you take this cause you got to replace what you lost. So your cabs must be adequate. Something like Serious Mass has around 254 carbs. So of course, you’ll see more gains. It all depends on your diet. Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, and wheat bread was all I ate. I saw gains when I mixed this with milk (only when I was meeting my calorie intake).

Question:	All my shakes expiring in 2021 are thinner and more watery than previously enjoyed shakes. They have always been thick and creamy before. Why
Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.

And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.
