Answer:	Wow! That's a stumper. There is no cadmium listed on package. In fact, only ingredient is organic cocoa powder. It tastes good.

Answer:	BDL,This will dissolve completely but we recommend heating the liquid to get the best consistency. It is a superfine powder and will not leave granules but it still does better when whisked, shaken or blended.
Question:	Will this work with cooked califlower
Answer:	Chocolate can be cocoa or cacao. If you are ordering from Wild Foods, I'm almost sure you want to buy cacao. The difference in cocoa and cacao are the ways the beans are processed. Cacao is cold-pressed, preserving all nutrients. Cocoa is processed by heat, which is destroys some of the nutrients; however, I don't know to what degree, only that nutritionists recommend cacao. You also will want to research how alkalizing and Dutch processing affects the nutritional value.

Question:	After soaking in hot water for cleaning, I still can not remove hopper
Answer:	Yes, it works well with all vegetables. I have made cauliflower rice with it. It is super sturdy and very durable. I really love it. When making potato "rice" sometimes chunks of potato will not be cooked thru enough and I must peel it out but not often. Potatoes being so starchy this is a given but had not problems with the cauliflower.

Answer:	No, not RAW hard vegetables of any kind. you can par boil the cauli.

Answer:	It just lifts out when you line up the slots up with the square pin at the top of the inside sleeve. There 2 slots and 2 pins straight across from each other. All of the cutting disc sits dow inside and the sleeve goes in and holds it in. Then it just works like a giant garlic press.

Answer:	I believe it is made in china

Answer:	The sleeve fits tightly into the plunger bowl and it holds the disk below it. The sleeve is removed from the plunger chamber by rotating it counter clockwise to unseat it before pulling it out of the chamber.

Answer:	The black barrel of the OXO Good Grips Potato Masher is a type of very sturdy plastic...same for the depressor.

Answer:	No. Even the smallest grid setting would allow cauliflower or tofu to go through, but you could place cheese cloth in the hopper then add the thing you want to squeeze excess water out of.

Answer:	I'm not sure...i had to move on to another because it cracked at the lever point...id recommend trying to find a good all steel or other metal one

Answer:	You must first grate your potatoes with a grater. This is not designed to squeeze raw vegetables through to get perfectly formed shreds. Ideally, place the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse, or place in a bowl of water, and rinse. This is done to remove the starch. I use this ricer to squeeze the excess moisture from the potatoes, though you could just as easily use a tea or dish towel, which provides similar results. Any of the settings will work in order to squeeze the moisture out.
