Answer:	It's not too hot. The caps get a bit hot but not anything that you wouldn't be able to hold. The sleeve does come and is nice for extra insulation.

Answer:	It is fine mesh. I have not had any tea leaves or even portions thereof getting into the tea. However, depending on what type of tea you are making, you may get very, very fine sediments.

Answer:	So far I have dropped my tea tumbler a total of three times once a half catch half drop in the sink while washing, once onto the kitchen tile floor while it was full and once in a dirt parking lot while full. So two of those times were from a standing height. The glass did not chip crack or break. Maybe I'm just lucky but I am extremely happy with this tea tumbler. I really wanted glass over plastic and am very glad this has stood up to my clumsy ways so well. I have had this tumbler for a couple of months now very happy with the purchase.

Question:	Can you add hot milk
Answer:	Milk can be added but we wouldn't recommend it as if the bottle wasn't rinsed immediately after consumption, the odor for the milk residue will become unpleasant.
Question:	Does this heat or warm the tea as well
Answer:	It doesn’t heat the tea, however, the double layer glass and the sleeves can keep the tea warm.
Question:	Is the main tumbler part glass or plastic? The product info says borosilicate glass, but the manufacturer says to not put it in the dishwasher
Answer:	The main tumbler part is made of borosilicate glass, you can simply twist off the other parts to clean the bottle, the parts can be easily cleaned by rinsing them under the water, dishwasher machine is not recommended as to prolong the product lifespan.
Question:	is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	To maximize the usable lifespan, we would not recommend to wash the tea tumbler with the dishwasher in order to keep it from continuously treated with high temperature and strong detergents associated with dishwashers. Each parts of the tea tumbler can be disassembled and cleaned easily. As tea contain no oil components, just give it a quick rinse every time to avoid tea stain from leaving behind.
