Question: What hardware is used to hang the frames? Is there any assembly required
Answer: The frames don’t come with any wire to hang the picture. I was able to find the wire I needed at my local hardware store for about 3 dollars. Other than removing the back to place the picture in the frame, no additional assembly is required.

    Answer: As safe as any other picture frames I've purchased, I suppose! They are sturdy and well made. I can't see them warping or bending easily.

    Answer: It does come with four very nice white mats, but you'll want to made sure that you are getting the correct dimensions. The description will say, for example, "12x16 matted to 8x12" (so the mat opening is 8" x 12").

    Answer: Yes it’s a separate Piece
    Question: Can I remove the grid in the 20x20 frame
    Answer: I cannot answer your answer with 100% certainty since I have one of their other frames, however, I would be confident in saying that the matte is removable like the one I bought. Hopefully somebody can confirm my suspicion.
    Question: What is the actual viewable area with the mat given the following note in the specs? note: our mat opening has an offset of 0.5" on each side
    Answer: The opening of the mat is 11.5" x 17.5"
