Answer:	The picture is misleading because these absolutely should not have the yellow center if the genus name is correctly listed. The yellow center is what you would see on European Forget Me Not. Cynoglossum amabile is a Chinese Forget Me Not with blue centers.

Answer:	The instructions say it can be used post-workout and as a meal replacement. I exercise moderately, but the main reason I use this product is for meal replacement when I’m too busy to make meals. I use a half serving and mix it with a super green powder and make a shake out it. I even add a little peanut butter and ice to make a shake. Sometime with mixed berries. It lasts all morning or night. It’s packed with Whole Foods, so I see a much better experience that other meal replacement products. In my opinion, it’s perfect for any meal replacement.

Answer:	this is black tea, not decaffeinated. I believe twinnings does carry both black and decaffeinated. I did not see decaffeinated listed in the description I saw.

Answer:	I have a Mrs Tea and I do not measure very accurately. I usually make 6 cups at a time and make at least 8 - 12 pots from a tin. I prefer my tea a little strong and I use any tea in the pot after noon as iced tea. I also have a habit of mixing a little Prince of Wales with my Irish Breakfast. It is all going to depend on your preference, how you make the tea. . . by the cup or by the pot, etc

Answer:	I don't know about the $22 one you are mentioning. I have the $8.99 one & it's one of my favorite kitchen tools. It's so easy to use and the handle is very comfortable, easy to clean. It does make longer strands of zest than a microplaner type, but I use it mostly for my smoothies so the blender cuts it up finer. Good for marmalades and sauteed sauces, too. Just might need to run a knife through the zest if you are looking for finer pieces.
