Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.

There are two buttons on the top to adjust the volume up and down: when the radio is on it controls the radio volume (with V in front of the number) and when radio is off it controls the alarm (with L in front). Radio volume can be turned off all the way down but the lowest volume for alarm is level 3 so you will never “mute” your alarm by mistake.

Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

Answer:	You can only see the display at night if the room is very dark and you have it set to so the Smart Nightlight is on. When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. If the room has any light at all the Smart Nightlight does not activate and you cannot see the display very well. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	The clock is 8 7/8" wide + 6 7/8 tall + 1" thick. I mounted this clock on a wall in my RV and used a step down transformer to lower the 12v to the correct voltage, so it stays on all the time. It has worked well for me so far no issues to report.

The first button is time set And while holding it down use the next two buttons for plus or minus. The fourth button in the row is for the alarm and you don’t need it to set time.
