Answer:	DO NOT STAND ON IT! DO NOT PUT EXCESSIVE PRESSURE ON THE ROLLERS! The entire unit is built mostly of plastic. The rollers are plastic mushrooms that rotate on a metal stem. If you apply enough uneven force to the top of the roller it will snap the mushroom head off. Only apply downward pressure with your feet. It is a good massager but as with any plastic device do not get rough with it.

Answer:	This unit runs until I turn it off. Of course the more pressure you put on it, the less effective it works. I would not try to stand on it for that may mess with the motor. I tilt it with my slippers and go from there.

I DO have a bit of neuropathy and although there are times it is too strong of a massage, overall, it has been great for circulation and general loosening up of the muscles. I realize this is not your question but thought something in it might be of help.

Answer:	we don't think it would interrupt it. he runs while watching tv and we don't have to adjust the volume at all. is it comfy while not in use depends on the person I suppose. the 'rollers' stick up a bit but I think there is plenty of room to maneuver around them if you don't like the feel. and yes, the heat mode is the last setting on the massager. one push starts the massaging, the next push turns on the heat and the final push turns off the equipment. hope this helps you make your decision :)

Question:	How intense is the highest massage settings? My feet and calves require fairly intense pressure point massage to alleviate pain and numbness conditio
Answer:	The air pressure is only applied from the top of the side of your feet. At max air intensity, with the acupressure rollers off, it just rubs my feet with not much pressure (for scale, I wear men's 10.5 shoes, and am tall and skinny). My calves are relatively skinny, so the fit is not great, it will not cover the whole of your calves very well. With the acupressure rollers on, and at max intensity for both settings, it can be rather painful, close enough at times to feel the need to shutdown immediately (though not as painful as some other other popular devices which felt like some damage might be done at max).
