Answer:	I am not sure. The site seems to behave weirdly when selecting the 2 photos that look identical. In one case, you get 2T/3T as options; on the other 2-3. I can only say I ordered 2T/3T and they fit a toddler boy. My son who is 4 still wears 3T in some things, and these underwear fit GREAT. There is not really a 6t-7t size in most kids clothes, so I'm not sure why that is even an option. Depending on the size you need, I would select the appropriate image on the screen that gives you the size you want - either 2T/3T or 6-7 - and order that.
