Most likely your purifier need another type of ozone plates: plates with glue around metal mesh.They look a little bit different, without any black arrows and signs, just plain white plates with glue around metal mesh, also they are thicker. Answer:	If you install plates and still receive the "replace plate" code, then you most likely have an issue with your connections to the plate. Look at the wire ends where they connect to the plate to see if there is any corrosion. Cleaning or replacing these corroded connectors should fix the issue. Also, clean the contacts that touch the plate. Be sure to unplug before opening your unit.

Answer:	I don’t remember the exact dimensions but relatively large and pretty heavy.

Answer:	Chair looks upright to me when no one is sitting in it. The contour of the back of the chair may make it look like it's slightly tilted backward in pictures. Of course there are adjustments that allow you to tilt it backward to your liking, or lock it straight up. I've had it about three months now and it's very comfortable and sturdy.

Answer:	The base that holds the wheels is wood on top with metal support underneath. the arms are wood, also with no metal support. The leather on the chair and arms has held up very well. Still pleased with my purchase.
Question:	I'm reading several reviews that this chair is not a serta at all, but a knock off. is this possible?? does amazon deceive its customers this way
Answer:	The assembly instructions have the Serta name and logo on the front. The warranty (Page 3 of the assembly instructions) says Millworks Holdings throughout and never mentions Serta. The customer support information (Page 4 of the assembly instructions) says for support to contact TrueInnovations dot com. Above that it says "Thank you for buying a Serta furniture piece". True Innovations has a website that has logos of many different companies, including both Serta and LaZBoy. I went to LaZBoy to look at office chairs and they told me they don't sell office chairs. When I told them "But I see LaZBoy office chairs for sale online" the sales guy said "Yes, we put our name on them." If I had to bet $100, it's not made by Serta, it's made in China, and Serta lets them put the Serta name on it. I'm sitting in this chair while I write this. I just got it, and it's a very nice and comfortable chair, and one of the nicest I could find.

Answer:	it adjusts the lumbar support adjustment. If you buy the rubber wheels sold on Amazon, it will be so smooth & quiet, no one will know you are working in the office.
Question:	The seat is made up of two separate layers. Can this be felt in the legs and cause poor circulation
Answer:	The Amazon web page used to say 400 lbs. (or 171.3 kg) but it looks like they have adjusted it since I posted my review. The instructions that came with the chair read 158.76 kg (pg.17). If you weigh more than 158 kg (350 lbs), I wouldn't recommend using it.

Answer:	Back is length 28" and width 21". Seat is length 22" and width 21". My husband is 6' 5" and weighs about 265 lbs. He is happy with it and says it's comfortable.

Answer:	It is cotton an not soft. I purchased it for crocheting dishcloths and it was to thin also. It softens when wet. Would not recommend for an Aphgan. I use their blanket yarn for that. Very soft.

Answer:	My label is long gone - but I bought it as worsted weight. It is thinner than most of my cotton yarn though. Maybe closer to a sport weight.

Answer:	It should. I don't see any reason why it would not.
Question:	what is the source of leather, natural leather, or synthetic leather
Answer:	It will fit any oribital waxer/polisher that accepts a 5/16 inch-24 UNF threaded arbor. It does not appear that the black & decker wp900 6-inch random orbit waxer/polisher has a removable pad, just removable polishing bonnets. Assuming what I see in the online manual for the black & decker polisher is accurate, this backing pad will not work for you.
Question:	Is the seat cushion padded enough for 6-8 hour work days? Do you feel that it is comfortably padded
Answer:	Yes, it fits my PC 7424XP which is identical to the 7335 (but the 7335 was packaged as a sander vs polisher but they are the same tool, 7424 might have a longer cord).

Answer:	It is DK weight or 3. Lighter than worsted.
Question:	Does blue jean dye bleed into the color of the white leather
Answer:	Dishcloths are more suitable with cotton content at or above 75%. My preferred blend is 85% cotton. That being said, why not try it if you have 30 grams hanging out of this yarn. I think it would make great swifter cloths for daily dusting of floors. The poly would make them easy to wash repeatedly. Knitting on a US3 needle would make a nice tight fabric for such.
