Answer:	Yes. I bought this bed to use during recoverly from a surgery that prevented me from going upstairs to our bedroom. As delived and set up, it was very low to the floor. I put a single bed mattress on top of the foam mattress and it was perfect. Also, I am in my 70's, and not good at assembling things. I managed all myself. This was great find.

Answer:	There were holes on the frame that you could use to attach a headboard, but they did not line up for me. I had a wood headboard so I attached a board brace across from leg to leg, drilled holes in the right place and attached the headboard that way. Answer:	This was advertised as a twin size when I bought it a few days ago. It's arrived and the listing has been changed and the photo removed...someone else likely complained. But it is a SINGLE at 25" wide, NOT a 38" wide twin.
