Answer:	They are definitely provide good compression support. They help with sore tendons but don't really stabilize your wrist so you won't bend/curl them when using hand weights or bands. As for beng the best brand or quality, I researched and read reviews on Amazon and they scored hghly. I was looking for something not too expensive since I use with 3-8 lb dumbbells and not serious weight. Hope this is helpful!

Answer:	Hi Eric, I would agree with Dolphin Fan for the most part. For martial arts you will need some mobility and movement so the less stiff will likely work best. My only disclaimer is if you are needing extra support for protecting or healing of an injury in which case you may need to consider sacrificing on the mobility to further protect your wrists in which case I'd suggest the stiff ones. Generally, the stiff ones are designed for heavy lifting where you don't want much if any flexibility in your wrists. The stiff ones will provide the best support however you will lose some comfort and mobility as a trade-off. If you need some mobility and movement the less stiff will likely work best. The less stiff ones still provide great support (just not as much as the others) for lifting and are great for less aggressive exercise. My only disclaimer is if you are needing extra support for protecting or healing of an injury in which case you may need to consider sacrificing on the mobility to further protect your wrists in which case I'd suggest the stiff ones. Answer:	In brief these will definitely fit around your wrists. However, these are a bit longer than other wrist wraps thus they offer more support which is a good thing. But if you have small wrists you will find that these will be extremely bulky and thick since they are really long. Therefore it is really up to you, but in my opinion and personal experience I would recommend a smaller strap that is less than 18". Anything around 16", and 12" long should work well for you.

Answer:	Bar under palm. No bar at top only straps.

Answer:	I wear one at work . I'm a diesel mechanic. So gets pretty greasy. I just soak down with dawn dish soap and have had for a year and still good. I just hand wash mine .

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by break. The brace has a steel bar to protect the wrist and it’s not flexible. Very strong.

Answer:	No, the brace in the palm area is plastic. The description says metal, but the fabric wore through on mine and you can see that it is clearly plastic. This does allow a bit of movement for the wrist, which is okay for me. If you need to totally immobilize your wrist, you would do better with a metal brace.

Answer:	I actually do use it to do kung fu, works pretty well, just tough for forms like require a lot of wrist movement (like basic Wing Chun forms).

Question:	Does this fit a larger wrist? How long is it
Answer:	No it will not fit a larger wrist, unless you wrap it so tight that it could be uncomfortable. My wrist measures about 7.5 inches. I need only thumb stabilization so I want a loose fit. I cannot attach the inner velcro (about half an inch wide and 8inches from the wrist edge) unless I make it too tight to wear. Also the second, outer piece of velcro is about 7 inches further along on a wide elastic meant to secure around the wrist. This does not fit around me either unless I stretch the elastic quite tight. I can attach the velcro to the body of the brace, however, it is not as secure as the vertical velcro strip. I doubt this arrangement would be adherent very long, however I only need the brace another few weeks, so am hoping for the best.
Question:	Do you wear it to bed or just during the day
Answer:	I wear it all the time, except when doing something where it would get wet. I think it really depends on how bad your problem is. Mine is bad so always works for me. If you are not sure, try wearing it only while you sleep. If that works for you, Great. If not, then extend the time into the day.
Question:	How breathable is this? Is it neoprene
Answer:	I'm not sure of the material but it's very breathable and comfortable. I wear it at night with ease.
Question:	Is this the best brand? The quality of how
Answer:	It wasn't bad. Quality was good but I need to keep my thumb from moving and this just help stabilize it. At first, it appeared to help but after a couple of weeks it wasn't doing the job. Depending on what your need is, this may or may not work. To totally stabilize the thumb, I would not recommend it. I purchased a different one Arrow Splints Thumb Brace | for Arthritis, Trigger Thumb, Carpal Tunnel, Thumb Stabilizer, Tendonitis, Sprain - Thumb Spica Splint is Reversible to fit Right & Left Hand Thumb Splint + Thumb Exerciser which was almost $20 and worth it!. Much better stabilization and it came up higher on the thumb.
