Answer:	I've since returned the frame due to other measurement issues that didn't match my King headboard, but I remember measuring the frame at 6 inches off my carpeted floor. I don't have plush carpeting so you might get 6.5 inches off of a hard floor, but I don't see another 1.5 inches from the 6 inches I measured. Also, I had the frame with wheels, maybe if they make one with casters the height from the floor would be different. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The legs are not legs at all but rather metal screws. The more you tighten or loose the metal screw the higher or lower that support becomes. the metal screw is about 2 inches long so you have about 2 inches of adjustment and wiggle room. The beg frame itself sits about 5 inches off the ground so you have 5 inches plus the 2 inch metal screw adjuster/leveler giving you about a maximum bed clearance from the floor of about 7 inches.

Answer:	Unless you are the incredible hulk, you won't be able to move it easily. It is super heavy, and it was near impossible shoving it no a box for returns. It doesn't fold, you have to fold it over and sit on it or put something heavy on it for it to stay folded.

Answer:	I have had it several years with a mattress cover over it and it is in original shape. Except you cannot grab by a corner and expect to move it, as it will take a chunk out. How do I know this?? ;)

Answer:	The answer provided on the density is not accurate. I just ordered the queen size and the actual weight of the mattress topper is 21.6 lbs. which means that the density is only 2.6. This is not going to be very firm. All toppers are not equal. The firmness is based on the thickness and weight of the topper. A 4 inch thick topper will probably need to be a density of 4 lbs if you want firm.
Question:	What is the density of the foam
Answer:	The foam density is specified in pounds per cubic foot. The Shipping weight is listed as 27lbs, so the item weight is about 25lbs. A queen size 3" topper (60x80x3) = 8.3 cf, so the foam density = 25/8.3 = 3. You can use this method to verify that you get what you ordered.

Answer:	I myself cannot sleep on a firm mattress. This mattress is a little firm when you first lay on it but it takes shape to your body and is more towards medium. If you are going from a spring mattress, I can say it is a completely different feeling and just give it a chance. Question:	What is the return policy, if ijust won't work for me
Answer:	We tried a Nectar mattress for several months-hubs liked it but it was way too firm for me. Contacted Amazon’s return department and they transferred us to the “special returns” rep. We were told we could donate, keep, or dispose of the Nectar mattress any way we chose and a refund was issued. This took several calls to Amazon to find out, however.
Question:	Is this mattress soft? or Firm
Answer:	I just got this 10" mattress in May and it's FIRM. I'm 5'2" and 105 pounds so for me it is very firm. My friend who weighs about 200 said she liked it. It's in my guest room so when my other friend who's about 130 sleeps on it, I'll see how she likes it. She has the 14" version with the charcoal and bamboo and LOVES it so that's why I got this one plus it's described as medium plush. If I have to add a 4 inch gel soft topper, I will.
