Answer:	I use an 8" square pan...depends on the size you want the brownie. 9 or cut smaller......pretty good brownie , gluten free for my son, but they are really good anyway. I add a bit of vanilla, nuts and sometimes a touch of expresso powder to enhance the chocolate

Answer:	Nonyou do not need to bake this product. All you need to do is open it and frost your cake, cupcakes, cookies or whatever you choose to use it on. It is delicious! After you open it, it does need to be refrigerated.

Answer:	Yes, I've made the brownie mix so I don't have the box to see .. but at least 1 egg maybe 2. I can't remember. We did like them, though.

Due to the size of these flakes, they are lovely when used to decorate cakes and pies. Use them in granola, trail mixes, or just to munch on. They're unsweetened and sulfur free.

Bob's Red Mill Shredded Coconut

Use in baking, salads, granola, and in all your coconut cooking. This product uses Unsweetened coconut and is sulfur free.

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Whip egg whites and a pinch of salt to soft peaks. Slowly stream in honey and continue to whip to stiff peaks. Fold in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.
• Portion 1 tablespoon per macaroon and space evenly on the prepared baking sheet; smooth tops if desired. Bake for 12 minutes, rotating halfway through baking time for even browning. Let cool completely before dipping in chocolate.
• To finish macaroons, heat chocolate and coconut oil over low heat until completely melted. Remove chocolate from heat and gently dip the bottom of each macaroon to about 1/4 of the way up the side. Place dipped macaroons back onto the parchment lined baking sheet and let set about 30 minutes.
