Answer:	You can use it with or without lotions or oils. I usually use it without, as I'm sensitive to scents. It really would just depend on your personal preference, if you want to add an oil or anything in conjunction with the roller.

Question:	Are both the same or is there a difference between the two
Answer:	I believe the red is "softer" while the black is more firm. I have the black and prefer that cause I feel it really digs into the muscle to loosen it up. Of course it depends if you do it on the hard surface or carpet makes a difference too. It's all subjective. It should include both so you can alternate if you want.
Question:	Hi! Are these really hard? Four reviewers said they are softer than a lacrosse ball. Thank you
Answer:	They have a soft, rubbery surface with a lot of "grab". But they are far from "soft" if you mean soft like a tennis ball. And they are far from being as hard as a baseball. If I squeeze them really hard between the heels of my hands I am only able to make very small dents which then disappear immediately as soon as I release that pressure.
Question:	How big are these
Answer:	If you put both of the palms of your hands together facing you (like cupping your hands but flat), it's about that size. I've been using daily, it's great!
Question:	Does anyone use this to stretch/loosen their occiptal muscles, like a sill-point inducer? Does it work with the larger interval
Answer:	Sure! Especially after days of long division.

Answer:	It is 1.0 mil thickness, 1.0 mil = 0.001 inch

Answer:	I’m not sure. I only used it to wrap a basket and I tied it with ribbon.
Question:	Can the ball rotate by itself
Answer:	I’m not sure what polypropylene is exactly, but this looked and functioned like the cellophane I am use to. It did a great job of wrapping and holding my gift baskets together.
Question:	Can you set it on the floor and roll your tight back muscles over it for a deep massage
Answer:	I have not tried to shrink this cellophane. From its thickness I would doubt that it would shrink.

Answer:	No this would melt instead softening
Question:	Does this Backnobber have two sections to attach together? This would make it easier to travel with
Answer:	I have used this wrap for baskets and you cannot see the crease int he wrap because it is tied up at the top.
Question:	can you travel with the backnobber? carryon on plane
Answer:	It's 200 feet long. It's great. It is actually folded in half on the roll. When you cut a strip of cellophane off the roll, you can unfold it -- really neat. (At first I didn't realize it was folded.)
Question:	Are there any reviews regarding using this on the piroformous muscle
Answer:	It's used on Easter baskets, gift baskets etc. I would say it's cellulose. Has the consistency of film negatives. Hope that helps.
