Answer:	If you look at the original studies done in East Germany, They dosed 3 times per day to keep the levels fairly even during the day. I think it was somewhere around 700 3 times per day. They also cycled 10 days on and then 5 days off. You are basically fooling your body for the increase in testosterone, so cycling helps keep it fooled. Same with L-Arginine.
