Answer:	Yes, When you essentially "cut" or trim or shave the hair you are creating a blunt edge. When that edge is exposed at the skin's surface it is not actually thicker, it has the illusion of being thicker because of that blunt edge. When you "tweeze" or wax or pull the hair from the root the hair grows back entirely which makes it have more of a pointed edge which has the illusion of being thinner or pointed rather than a blunt edge that was cut. Answer:	My 0000, I very rarely use as they (whether it's ceramic or ultra edge) seem to cut and pull. The 00000 and 000 never do and since you seldom need the 0000 because going from a 00000 to a 000 transitions perfectly, it's pointless. I only have it because on a very few Asian clients there is a hint of a weight line in which I just use the corner or the 0000 to take it out, carefully.
