Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!

Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Question:	Can i mount it to the wall if i have a whole cut out
Answer:	The one I have has vents along the sides of it to allow air into the unit. If the wall was say 6" thick it would block nearly the entire side vent, if the wall was say 4" thick it would block approximately half the vents lengthwise. I think you would have a problem with the unit unless the vents are open to the air.

You can stay in a room with a device that produces negative ions; whereas,. you cannot stay in a room with one that generates ozone (O3). This particular unit generates a lot of ozone for its size and price. I used it to finally clear out the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in a used car I bought 18 months ago.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, ozone can kill mold and remove the smell. However, the max ozone output of B50 is only 50mg/h, which means it will take much longer to kill them. Please clean up the surface with mold first, then close doors and windows and run the unit. Sleep Mode

Choosing between cool comfort and high-quality sleep is not a problem you want to deal with.

We have engineered our unit to be as quiet as possible while cooling down your room. In addition, you can use the Sleep Mode function on your remote. This feature adjusts the temperature of the unit throughout the night to an optimal sleeping temperature, giving you a head start to the day when you rise in the morning.

Smart Remote Control

A common problem with Window Air Conditioners is that the set temperature is never the same as the temperature where you are at. Your AC might say that it is set to 65° but it feels like the Sahara Desert on your couch!

By using the iFeel function on the remote, your Air Conditioner will use a sensor on the remote to determine how long the AC unit operates. Every 10 minutes the remote will send a reading back to your Air Conditioner to let it know how hard to continue running.

Question:	Does this come with a mounting kit
Answer:	No.. It drains naturally.. You can add a pump if you need to lift the water to someplace higher than the unit.
Question:	Can I use a unit like this in type of window that can be raised and lowered and also be tilted in for cleaning
Answer:	You can purchase an extended warranty (I bought one for 3 years), but if you need to use it, as I did, the warranty company will tell you that what you bought was not a warranty, but a a protection plan and if you want your money back, all you can get is the $59 or $69 you paid. In other words, the first year is paid by the company (mine was Pioneer made by HighSeer) and they won't pay that either. I had to go back to my bank card as not Amazon, HighSeer, or the Insurance Company (I think it was Assurian) would even respond. Purchase from a regular store or warehouse where you can take it back if it doesn't work. Most miserable experience I have ever had!

Answer:	No this system is 208-230 Volt.
Question:	How many decibels
Answer:	We put this unit in a 600 sq ft new construction mother in law suite. There are no walls except the bathroom and closet. It is very efficient, however we have good insulation and brand new windows and it is open concept. I am sorry I can't give you a better answer. I can tell you I am very happy with the way it runs and I believe it is rated for twice this sq footage. Heats and cools great. Again...no walls to disrupt airflow.
Question:	Does the 12,000 115 need a dedicated electrical line
Answer:	Not to this unit. There are others offered with multiple air handlers.
Question:	Are you still happy with this product after having it a good while? Really cold? Thx
Answer:	You set the desired temp in the remote with it aimed at the wall unit and it will try to get to that temp (measured at the air input on the top of the wall unit). when it gets to that temp, it will shut off. It also has fan speed controls, an efficiency mode, and a powerful mode that runs the unit at a very high output for a while.
