Question:	Do you sell individual just want pineapple
Answer:	Oh, very good question! This is an important message we need to make clear. We have had some customers attempt to use various "fragrance oils" in the unit, despite the warnings on the box and in the manual. For your information, this diffuser is to be used with ONLY, PURE essential oils. Also, it is best to avoid any essential oils that are deemed "absolute" or that are extracted using solvents. The point of using our nebulizing diffuser is to avoid the need for heat, for water and to avoid plastic. Furthermore, our diffuser allows you to quickly assimilate and be exposed to the direct and holistic effects of pure essential oil. If there are any hidden chemicals in the oils you diffuse, you could potentially breathe something harmful! In the case of "perfumed" oils, we are worried about the high risk and potential for adverse reactions due to the synthetic or artificial components in fragrance and perfumed oils. It is very likely a subject can suffer a negative reaction to the chemicals found in these. Please use only pure essential oil (and avoid the thick oils like Benzoin).
Question:	Can the fruity fragrance oil be applied directly to skin
Answer:	It is true that some nebulizing diffusers can make a vibrating or humming noise due the action of the motor installed within the wooden base. But, not these ones. Organic Aromas diffuser pumps are made in-house and to the highest specification. They operate extremely quietly. In addition, we place a layer of specially formed insulation that acts to further muffle any sound. Once the glass reservoir is placed on the unit, the device is virtually silent. We would be surprised to hear any noise at all. In tests performed in our own lab, the diffuser emits sound of approximately 5 decibels or less. Most customers find the noise that the diffuser emits very insignificant.
Question:	Can these oils be used in a electric warmer
Answer:	It is very important to know how to clean and maintain your essential oil diffuser for best results. If you clean it regularly it will perform perfectly for years and years to come.If you are using your essential oil diffuser several times a week, then you should do a general cleaning every seven days. You can easily do this by using the included dropper to add a little bit of plain rubbing alcohol (1 to 2 milliliters) to the glass reservoir. Once you have added the alcohol, power on the diffuser and let it run for five to ten minutes in order to clean the micro-tubes. Afterward, dispense of the leftover alcohol and let your diffuser air dry. Once it is dry the cleaning is done.If you have not used your diffuser for a long time or are often using relatively thick essential oils then you will need to do a more intensive cleanse. Remove the glass reservoir from the wooden base and place it in a large cup. This is to prevent any spillage or dripping from reaching the inside of the rubber stopper. Using the dropper with alcohol, wash the micro-tubes and gently shake the glass reservoir with alcohol in it to achieve a thorough cleaning. The shaking will help to completely clear the micro-tubes. You may leave the alcohol to soak for a few minutes as well. This will also help clear any potential blockages. Afterward, dispense of the alcohol and allow the unit to dry.If you use your essential oil diffuser often, then every month or so you will want to "deep clean" your unit. The way you do this is to first prepare a container with hot water (about 60 to 80C or 140 to 180F). Place the diffuser reservoir in the hot water receptacle and add a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. The combination of the hot water and soap will act to remove any staining, film or blockage your unit may have (you may add more hot water periodically to achieve a maximum cleanse). After soaking in the detergent and hot water for at least thirty minutes, you may take your glass reservoir out and gently wash with regular tap water. Then set the unit in a safe place to dry. Once the glass reservoir is dry your cleanup is done!

Answer:	Dear JeremySo, to answer your question, it really depends on you. We do sometimes suggest about 1ml per use. Thats 20 to 25 drops. It should last about 1.5 to 2 hours on the low setting depending on various factors. Alternatively, on the high setting, naturally, the unit will use much more oil. About 1.25ml per hour.Please remember that our diffuser is unlike a plastic water unit in that it is not diluted. It only emits pure essential oil which is very powerful. It goes a long, long way. So you wont be needing to endlessly diffuse for hours at a time. Most likely, especially if your room is relatively small, you will think the scent is very strong in about 30 minutes and will even opt to turn the unit off after a bit. That's what often happens. For me, I use it like this.... I have 6 or 7 scents I like. both single oils and blends.What I like to do is, put in maximum 10 drops and smell this for an hour maybe. Then later, I often feel like something different. So what I do is keep a little alcohol by my desk. I use the dropper to squirt 3 or 4 tubes of alcohol in the microtubes, then give the whole glass a good swirl and shake and toss the remaining alcohol. After this, I can add a new scent, have no trace of the previous scent and I keep the diffuser super fresh and clear of any residue. It works well and gives me a bit of variety. also, I dont leave a lot of essential oil sitting in the reservoir so much. Tip: Reed diffusers slowly release the fragrance. If the scent fades after a while, flip the reeds over.

Answer:	Yes this is a clear substance although at the top of my bottle, it seems to have a slight tinge to it but the inside is clear. I always blend this oil with Frankincense which is a good combination.
Question:	Can this be used in bath bombs in place of essential oils
Answer:	Yes, but only with a dilution. You'll need a carrier oil such as grapeseed, almond, coconut. A 10 mL bottle. You can do 4 to 5 drops of whichever when you want to use fill the rest up with a carrier oil and then you can apply it. You can also add oil to an unscented facial moisturizer and use it that way but make sure you look up your dilutions. Straight undiluted oil can cause burning or sensitivity. Look up 2% to 3% dilutions
