The jar bottom has a triangle with a number 2 in the middle, with the word hope underneath. To the left of the triangle and the word 'hope' is the number 4. Under that is what appears to be a letter 'C' back to back with another one. Sorry I can't help you more.

Answer:	Yes, you can. Walnut oil is one of the drying oils (it dries at room temperature) that are suitable for oil painting, like linseed oil, poppy oil, safflower oil and sunflower oil. But, why would you want to when linseed oil is generally available and is what is traditionally used for oil painting? Cheaper too, I dare say.

Answer:	The La Tourangelle company website says to refrigerate after opening. Unopened, it has a shelf life of 24 months. After opening, it is best used within 6 months. Also, the company says that it paired with a Japanese company that uses a 270 year old traditional method of crafting. Sounds a lot like the Kadoya brand to me, but maybe not.
Question:	Can you use this for deep frying
Answer:	Kadoya sesame oil is more fragrant and nuttier tasting than LaTourangelle's. La Tourangelle's sesame oil used to taste much like Kadoya's a few years back, and I enjoyed the better pricing of La Tourangelle, but when I bought a new bottle, I've noticed distinct flavor change. I looked at the bottle, and they now source their oil from Mexico in addition to Japan. I don't have anything against Mexican sesame, but the flavor is not what it used to be. It's definitely lighter tasting, less aromatic. I need to use more oil to get the flavor I want into dishes, and still not the same.

Answer:	I believe for coconut oil to be classified as "virgin" or "unrefined" it can be processed up to 280 farenheit. So to answer your question; yes, you can cook with it at 375 or higher, but you will loose some light-ends by evaporation. What you are left with will still be good, organic, healthy coconut oil. It will just be thicker.
Question:	Is this very hard? If I put in my hands, does it melts easily
Answer:	I just read it can stay up to 2 years. Personally, I wouldn't but If you leave over a year, I'm sure it wouldn't go bad. I have two 15 oz, containers. I give it to my dog for colitis and she has not had a bout since taking the coconut oil. I would use it within a year. That's why I would not buy huge containers since I don't cook with it. Thinking of cooking something with it to see how it tastes.

They had this article on their website that explained the difference between CBD oil and Hemp oil. I liked how transparent they are about what’s actually in the bottle, and what’s in the bottle is “ultra-pure, organic, full spectrum hemp extract CBD oil in organic MCT oil”. I got my mom the 1000 mg CBD oil, but they also had 500 mg and 2000 mg.
