Answer:	I should work with any router but let me warn you....1) One of the two plugs caused problems with my other wifi devices. It kept kicking them off the network and I needed to restart everything. I have found a way to make everything work but it was a pain. 2) The app for my iPhone/iPad is terrible. I have other wifi devices and thier software works much better. They need a ton of work in this are.I use the plugs to control a lamp and a reciprocating hotwater pump and when everything is working ... its great but I have had issues.Hope this helps

I suspect that, since the speed between the extender and the router is not as fast as just accessing the router from your computer, that daisy chaining them is possible but the signal might become slower the farther you are from the router...ie: accessing the farthest extender in the chain. Answer:	Maybe. I am an engineer working in radio communications, so perhaps I can lend some advice. I assume you have a trailer and you are trying to provide WIFI within the trailer from a public WIFI (maybe from Comcast?) outside your trailer. Ideally, you would have a device with an antenna that would form a narrow beam pointed at the pole with the public WIFI transmitter. The WIFI signal will go through windows (particularly if slightly open) and perhaps as you say through the skirting as well. But the hard-core engineering solution would be a weatherproof high-gain antenna outside the mobile home with the cable running inside. That may be overkill. This device might work, or it might not. Note that many high quality WIFI Routers (example ASUS RT-AC3200) can be set up to be booster/repeaters and, with several antennas, will electronically beam-steer to a WIFI source, and then repeat it locally as well as providing wired ethernet.

Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Help this helped.

Answer:	PIP works for this camera, alerts come to your device and you can open the camera on AppleTV. You will NOT get notifications on AppleTV for motion. Only doorbells get that support.
Question:	Any idea on when homebase support will be added? i don't plan on buying this until i can fully integrate it with the rest of my eufy cameras/homebase
Answer:	To address your concern, the IndoorCam supports connected to the Router directly for recording. The good news is the Homebase connection will be support in the future(Approximately within 3-4 months).
Question:	is the base magnetic
Answer:	I see EufyHome's answer doesn't do its own product justice... The base is not magnetic, but it is metal. I am using a Neodymium Disc Magnet, which sticks to the bottom of the Eufy cam on one side, and sticks to a metal disc base from an old Wyze Cam on the other side. The Eufy cam hangs from the ceiling without issue.
Question:	Will the motion detection work through glass or is this also a passive IR system
Answer:	The camera will detect motion through glass during the day. But, as the seller said, at night the IR lights will reflect off the glass and all you will get is the reflection. You can turn off "Auto Night Vision" in settings, but unless you have an good outdoor light source, the video will not be usable. But...during the day it would be great. It does work great indoors both day & night.

Answer:	Hello, You can follow the below installation instructions: Step 1: Remove old filter cartridge by grasping and turning to the left about 1/4 turn Step 2: Remove the protective foil from the end of the new filter. Fill the replacement filter with a little water from the tap to allow for better flow immediately after installation. Step 3: Place the top of the new cartridge up inside the cartridge holder. Slowly turn the filter to right until the filter cartridge stops. Do not over tighten. As you turn the cartridge it will automatically raise itself into position. The cartridge will move about 1/4 turn.

Answer:	There is nothing in the Deco doc I received about any internal PoE support. You might be able to use an external PoE splitter. The Deco needs 12V at 2A.

Question:	Can an Ethernet cable be used from one of the secondary hubs to connect hard wired to a laptop or computer
Answer:	Definitely yes.. if you're not using a wired ethernet backhaul. Also, definitely yes... if you're connecting to the last M9 mesh access point that is daisy-chain wired for ethernet backhaul. There are two ethernet ports on each tp-link Deco M9 mesh access point (AP). The primary (1st) Deco M9 acts as both a wireless router and a wireless access point (AP); the 1st M9 requires one of its ethernet ports to be cabled (hardwired) directly to your cable modem. Each additional M9 access point communicates with the primary AP either wirelessly or via ethernet cable. Your mesh WIFI network will run faster and more reliable when you backhaul the traffic sent/ received from each remote mesh-AP over ethernet (so the wireless traffic is limited to handling only the signal between one AP and your computer/laptop/device). Each M9 is designed to be daisy-chained to string all the mesh-APs together. Daisy-chaining the M9 devices uses both ethernet ports: 1 cable "IN" from a more distant AP & 1 cable "OUT" to to an earlier [or the primary] AP). This is true on all M9 devices EXCEPT the last M9 device in the chain (which only needs 1 Ethernet port to be cabled to the "2nd-to-last" m9 mesh-AP -- leaving one ethernet port on that last M9 available to connect any device you like. If you choose NOT to backhaul the secondary M9 access points, then the devices "talk to each other" over the wireless network to transmit & hand-off data packets back to the primary M9 wireless router. This frees up an Ethernet port on each M9 device to plug-in a computer/laptop but without a wired backhaul... that "cabled" computer will still be relying on the remote M9 to transmit data packets over your wireless network in order to "talk to" other devices on your network or out to the internet. Answer:	Not initially .... not ever. I set my purchase up in second half of Nov 2020 and followed all the prompts on the Deco App to complete the install. Next day my iPhone reported weak security in the WiFi settings. My new system was broadcasting WPA/WPA2 (PSK) TKIP which has been determined by the security community as insecure. Better to use WPA2 (AES). However, to get it I was told by the chat tech to manually install two firmware updates to my brand new router using their upload software over a wired ethernet link to the router from my laptop. So, I packed up the M9 Plus and sent it back. The Deco App has an Update Deco button that said I was up to date.

Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.
