Question:	If you received your order damaged what do you do
Answer:	No, the spokes are not secure. It is a piece of junk. It fell apart after only using it 3 times. I would recommend the Amazon collapsible clothes dryer instead. I replaced the Whitmor with this one and I love it. It is sturdy and made very well.
Question:	Does anyone have any issues with the one case that covers the bottom of the laptop? Mine keeps sliding out and that’s not how it works
Answer:	Mine is rusting & has been in damp weather only occasionally and only under a porch so l would say no, it will not hold up. Yes, regular clothespins will fit; the rungs are not very thick. In all, l would not recommend this rack. Mine is falling apart & it's so lightweight that it's constantly falling over. I bought it to replace a wooden one with white peeling paint but would rather have paint on my clothes than the dirt that has gotten on them when the rack blows over.
