Answer:	NOOBS stands for New Out Of the Box Softwear. It is a piece of softwear put together by the people who design and build the Debian (Named for Debbie and Ian, hence Debian) software which is designed Especially for the Raspberry Pi. You will find it is the best choice and fit for the Machine itself. With the Canakit you get EVERYTHING you need to get started. By following their excellent instructions, you will soon be up and running. I believe they have just about thought of everything. Correct power supply, Power on/off switch, adapter for both power and Mini HDMI connectors and a fan powered case. With the NOOBS on the Micro SD HD card you can choose the OS you prefer from about 5-6 choices. I recommend Raspbian Buster, and the Elec one that supplies the Kodi installation of the OS. The HD card you are supplied is big enough to hold both systems. That way, you can dual boot to either one and live like a king. Enjoy the Raspberry Pi 4 You have one of the best single board computers ever built. Should give you years of "building" or "Makers" fun.

Answer:	The heat sinks aren’t officially a requirement but since they are in the kit it makes perfect sense to put the on especially if you plan to run your pi with passive cooling. Mine also came with the fan.

Answer:	A small fan is included, but it is not really required unless you are going to run the board hard with 24/7 computing projects. For distributed computing projects where the CPU is run at 100%, the fan will hold temps down by about 10 deg C with the heatsinks.

Answer:	I have this hooked up to a Pi 3 model B. I just toy around with raspistill and raspivid commands. You have to enable the camera in piconfig, just a radio button to click. If you look at https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/projects/getting-started-with-picamera you will get a lot of info.

Answer:	It depends on the case. My pimoroni case no longer fit the B+, but I was able to snap off a piece and drill a hole to make it work. There's a new POE (Power-over-Ethernet) component, as well as a pair of jumpers that may get in the way.

Answer:	Yes, as far as I can tell. However, you must update and have the most current operating system (OS) or you will get a power supply message in the form of a lightning bolt in the corner of your screen.

Answer:	No, you'll have to run "sudo apt update & sudo apt upgrade" from your old pi or reinstall from a fresh image. Otherwise, it will just boot to a rainbow and hang.

Question:	Anyone have a battery suggestion to power this remotely
Answer:	Its ABS material. We are afraid that it can not be modified to hold a 10 inch screen. Further questions please contact us via email [email protected]. -Claire from Elecrow
Question:	it does not come with a case right
Answer:	Just above the screen there is a small circle. That is a built in camera that connects to the Pi through USB. As for cable, you'll have to be more specific. If by cable you mean HDMI or USB, those are included in the kit. It's basically ready for plug-n-play, all you need is a Pi with an mSD card, and USB/Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and you're in business. Fair warning, sometimes the CrowPi will come with the HDMI connector for the other version of the Pi, ie you might find it coming with a normal HDMI connector while you have a Pi 4, and a mHDMI connector while you have a Pi 3. They will happily send you the other connector for no charge so you can switch it out. Everything you need to know is included in the manual and various documentations that come in the box.
Question:	Does this come with the wifi dongle
Answer:	It comes with an SD card, you go to their website to get the image. They update things from time to time, so you wouldn’t want a preloaded SD card anyways. It comes with a plug/switch. This product comes with everything you need to get running except for a USB mouse and Keyboard.
Question:	How do you apply the heatsink
Answer:	It does not. I bought this on November 28, 2019 and has been delivered today. It does not have pi 4. instead, I found a card telling to contact support for pi 4 adapter. I am disappointed as the title of the product (clearly says pi 4b, but the box contains 3b) is misleading. I was interested in pi 4 64-bit computing. It appears that I received the old box.

Question:	Can i install linux on it
Answer:	Yes, I believe so. I am running mine at 2.0Ghz cpu and 750Mhz gpu and I get readings around 35c for my uses. I have not run my Raspberry Pi 4 under continuous heavy load nor do I run the fan via a 5V connector. This is with an ambient temperature around 21c.
Question:	It is the full computer is it good for gaming
Answer:	I had the same problem; I contacted the vendor (Vilros) and they replaced it with no charge. It may have been caused by overtightening the case screws; using the board outside the case worked for a while, but eventually something else went wrong and I'm glad I replaced it.
Question:	Is this the full computer or do I need to buy more parts?is it good for gaming and is it Windows
Answer:	Vilros is a good company. I have had no problems with them at all. They do sell good products!
Question:	Will I need to buy some thermal paste seperately to mount the heatsinks or does it already come with some kind of alternative
Answer:	The text in the picture is incorrect: the Pi 4 has two USB 2.0 (black) and two USB 3.0 (blue) ports.

Question:	Does the power cable have a switch
Answer:	Yes, this is one of the distinguishing features of this kit. It has a cable that connects between the power supply and the Pi. The on/off switch toggles and a small red LED lights to show that power is on.
Question:	Does the "premium clear case" for pi 3 model b+ in canakit "b07bc7bmhy" contain slots for the camera ribbon cable
Answer:	Yes, there are two rectangular holes, one for GPIO cable next to the connector on the pi and one smaller on the short side opposite to USB and Ethernet connection. I think it can be used for display or camera
Question:	Title says rpi 3b+ but description says that it's rpi 2 . which one is it
Answer:	I just got mine. It’s indeed 3B+. It’s revision is a020d3.
Question:	How is the heatsink applied
Answer:	Adhesive on the back of each heat sink. Apply one to each designated spot.

Answer:	You don’t need to buy any other products will be able to use our suit, use the USB cable to connect Arduino board and computer and then can start using.
Question:	This or newer pi 4 for pihole? Or does newer hardware specs not matter for pihole use
Answer:	I M not really sure. I think you would need a few shields for that, but you can go on Arduino's website and search that in the project search bar.
