Answer:	You could possibly plug your phone in to have this read photos but I'm skeptical it would work. There's no storage on the photo frame, I would recommend you transfer photos off your phone to an SD card or USB drive and plug that in so they can be displayed.

Answer:	When you lose WiFi, the cloud photos that are already downloaded to your frame will stay in the frame, but any new photos sent to the frame will not show up until connection is resumed.
