I use this strap for my sony A7R and It looks very nice and very comfortable. The best strap I have ever used so far!

Put your thumb on the round disk ( by the little loops) push down and slide up ( away from the little loops) The little loops go through the the little bars on either side of your camera. So if you want to remove the main neck strap ( because you’re going to use a tripod or something) that button release is a quick way to release the strap.

Answer:	Definitely feel you there, the shoulder straps are a tad thick but still fashionable, so you can carry a load similar to that of a Bethesda RPG video game lol. I have a lot of stuff in my bag such as my computer (has its own little pocket for your laptop or tablet which is dope), also have like 2 fat huge text books in there always for school, got my vape, mouse, food and there are little pockets within the bag on the sides for your pens and pencils, it has a lot of pockets inside for your wallet or valuables. It is a low-key Mary Poppins type of bag and I have received nothing but envious stares and compliments on my bag :) I also skateboard to class on campus with the bag, which requires the bag to withstand a lot of weighted bumpy gravity and it does fine. I’ve biffed it and slid on the pavement while falling off my board, scrapped myself up pretty badly but my bag was fine and neatly organized still haha, pretty legitimate bag. Answer:	Yes! I have had mine for 3 years and I’ve never had issues with it. I bought it for work and I work in an auto plant. Never had issues with the straps or snapping them shit. I don’t have any tears or anything in the bag. I LOVE my backpack and if I ever wanted or needed a new one, it seems it would only be because I wanted another color or perhaps I needed something larger. Which this is a perfect size as it is.
