Answer:	It is a usb, on the one side. I have an iPhone & can use same cord but not sure have other cell brands work

Answer:	Disconnect your phone from the speaker and in your phone's bluetooth setting delete the ECOXGEAR names. Turn both speakers off as well. Then turn both speakers on, then press ecoconnect button on both speakers then after the message that they are connected is announced then press the bluetooth on just one of them, turn your bluetooth on your phone and look for eccoxgear and select it.
