Answer:	If you run the input pipe to the footpedal then to the faucet it will work only as long as the faucet is turned on. We don't use a faucet just a pipe coming out of the sink. The foot pedal is very durable and works very well.

Answer:	It's one line in, one line out. No control. Only solution is to have a mixing valve to mix the hot and cold water to your desired temperature. If you use a manual mechanical version of this and mount it in a place where you would have control, this could be achieved.
Question:	Is it made of modal or polyester? It feels like modal/spandex but the tag says 95% polyester 5% acrylic
Answer:	Not through a foot pedal assembly from any brand I'm aware of. Most foot or even knee valves are turned on immediately when the pedal is depressed and close when you take pressure off of it. At best some can be swapped with a "slow close cartridge", but I'm not aware of anything that turns on when tapped, then off when tapped again. Have you considered an electronic faucet?

Answer:	I don't know about the 3X but the 4X is 35" from the seam at the base of the collar to the hem. After wearing them, they do run a little small but not bad.
Question:	How long is it? 38D. I am 5'11' and don't want it to roll up. Would it be hard to remove the built in panty if you sew
Answer:	If you can wear a random cotton T shirt in dark colors and it look OK, you could wear these at a similar size. I normally wear a size XL T shirt when I work out but it's way too loose on me to look my best in public. I can bench press my body weight (slightly under 200 pounds) and my pecs aren't pronounced in these (the shirt hides the shape pretty well). For the Pocket Polo I got size Large and in Navy (dark colors do hide shape to some extent). If you get white, light blue, or light steel (gray) you'd want to try same size and one size up and see which looks better (send the one that is too tight or too lose back). For any other color I'd stay with your normal T shirt size. The sleeve is loose on my biceps so there should be room there as well if your arms are big for any reason.
