Question:	Are these same as Fit & Fresh Ice Coolers, except for the color
Answer:	No. You would need to be able to buy the fittings and tubing to add a second pad and I do not see any place to purchase those items. There is 2 lines running to the cooling pad to circulate chilled water through the pad. One line pumps water to the cooling pad and the other line returns the water to the tank.

Question:	how long will this keep the food cold
Answer:	I had my right shoulder replacement surgery on 09/08/20, and I waited too long to get my Dr to order one, but since this one was cheaper that my insurance co cost. I used it everyday except now that my shoulder replacement is doing great; I’ve been using the pad on my right knee. There’s a booklet that shows you how to use it on each replacement. I can’t wait to have my knee replacement because I use ICE THERAPY for every injury except my back and ACL I use heating pads. Btw: The Coolman also packs in a few elastic bands with Velcro to keep on your shoulder. I could barely reach for myself, but my daughters were there to wrap me up in the beginning. Sometimes I use the bands for all my pains, knee, my right wrist, and shoulder.
Question:	Did anyone notice that the two pack is more money than buying 2 single packs
Answer:	Not exactly. The male connectors of ossur pad can plug in, but too small to trigger the COOLMAN female connectors lock. You must manually trigger the lock. so, the pads fit but you need to manually trigger the lock every time you connect them.

Answer:	There is no XL to my knowledge. They sell 3x lg(meaning 3(times) large packs). Dont worry, i was trying to find the water volume for XL too!

Answer:	I just did a test: yes, but just barely in fresh water. I think there is a small amount of air in the frozen packs that keeps them buoyant.
Question:	How long do these stay frozen in a cooler
Answer:	aI believe what they mean is that the latent heat point for the melting phase (transitioning from solid to liquid or liquid to solid without changing temperature) is 18 Degrees F, whereas pure water (note the pure) transitions at 32 Degrees F. This is a big deal because the energy difference between 18 and 32 means it will absorb a lot more heat for a relative temperature rise. 32 to 40 is only 8 degrees whereas 18 to 40 is 22 degrees, almost 3x the amount.

Answer:	Mine have stayed frozen for approximately 9-10 hrs. I left food in the cooler,which was well-insulated, and it which was still cold when I got home. This was kept in office setting with temps in room in the 70’s.

Question:	So is the food that it comes with expired yet
Answer:	No. I use mine in a small Coleman lunch box. As the day goes they thaw out and sweet a little. They stay frozen from about 5AM till 2PM'ish. When I get home at 5PM they have some moisture on the outside but there is never a puddle of water in my lunch box. Two fit perfectly in my lunch box and they work great for me. Answer:	Hi all, I really like this lunchbag but also found the strap was too long. An easy fix was to loop it where it 'fit my hand' comfortably, and then put a couple of 1-1/4 inch black plastic slides (just make a tiny cut in the middle bar to feed the strap through) on the inside of the loop ends. They are available from a several different vendors. Works great.. they look streamlined, are super strong, and the strap is now short and snug. You'd never know they weren't original with the bag.
