Fit on this high impact bra should be snug and supportive (in order to keep the ladies in place during high intensity workouts like jumping or running) and shouldn't be worn all day. Low impact bras that are more elastic or have more spandex to accomodate a stretch are best for yoga or pilates and for some, can even replace a normal bra. I wear this bra for my HIIT workouts so it’s snug and supportive to reduce any sort of jiggle during jumps. As a 28D, I bought this in a 32 C for that purpose and its comfortable, snug in the breast area with no side spill. (Btw, the cups are not molded as the descriptuon says.) I keep mine hooked on the last setting and it fits perfectly for my workouts. If lowering the straps still doesnt make it comfortable for you I’d suggest going up a cup size.

Also my bras can show the cup in the front some times where the bra meets the skin. This is nice and seamless Where bra meets skin. Love it under anything esp close fitting / less forgiving items. Of course this is based on my body not necessarily yours. I am small chested but wide, a hard size to fit properly. My other fave bras are all CKone & Calvin Klein's. Question:	Could my elderly arthritic mum manage the clip
Answer:	I disagree! Every time I put one of them on I had to fight with the clip. I'm visually impaired which made it even more difficult and I got so mad that I just ripped the clip off of one of them. I finally decided to put my imagination to work and I removed the clips and replaced them with a large hook and eye. Works great! It's perfect and I don't have to fight with it end it lays nice and flat. Since I purchased four of these bras and I like them except for the clip, I decided they were worth saving. I'm glad I did. I don't know why they weren't designed with hooks and eyes to begin with. Stupid clip!

Answer:	Well I've read a description on it before that says great for plunging necklines, but after wearing it I would say it's a full coverage bra and it separates your breasts with no cleavage.there is a spot in between the cups where it's just the hook at the bottom and room for a finger or two to pass in between down to the hook. I guess it's just going to depend on how the bra hits you and how low the top is cut as to if it would work for that. But as far as cleavage goes though this isn't a push together and show off your assets kind of bra, but more a separate and control kind of bra. I hope that helps! :-)
Question:	Sizing chart is very confusing, the over bust measurements are smaller than the under bust? I don't know how to size in this brand
Answer:	I have worn this bra style for a very long time. The instructions used here may be confusing but just use the correct method and it should still fit. Measure using a tape measure for sewing that is flexible. First obtain the measurement for your band. Add to that 4" for even and 5" for odd. Example: if your under bust measurement is 38" you would add 4" to that. If it is 37" add 5". The result will be your band size so in this example it is 42. Next measure around the fullest part of your bust. For example: bust measurement is 48". Subtract your band measurement of 42" from the bust measurement 48" which is 6". 6"=ddd/f. 0=AA 1=A 2=B 3=C 4=D 5=DD 6=DDD/F 7=G Your bra should fit snug not tight at the band and not ride up. It should lay flat at the gore(center). Support should come from the band not the straps. This is a style meant to lift and separate. Keep in mind that normally when you go up a size in the band you reduce a cup size and same with going down a band size you would increase the cup size. This gives you close to the same fit. I feel this bra/style is the exception to that rule. I have kept the same cup size but have increased the band size due to wire issues I have experienced with this specific bra. Although my fit was perfect at my regular size, no riding up, center was flat etc...without fail the wires always begin to come out of the front of the cups. I haven't had the wire problem on the sides only in front and that is even more irritating/annoying. It seemed to improve when I increased the band although it still happens. May or may not be the case for you. While this is still my preferred bra I have never had the bra without wire issues longer than 3 months and for the price it should last longer than that. Answer:	You would have to ask the seller but these bras are for larger cups because they have extra support. Most bras have two or three hooks in the back, these have 5 or 6 or more. Answer:	Unfortunately the 32 band size on this when you use the size chart is 70 centimeters and thus 27.8 inches so closer to a 28; unfortunately it only goes up to 38 which is 85 centimeters around so that could work with the bra extenders they send though that is still 6.44 centimeters (2.5 inches roughly) short of 36 inches making it closer to a 34 band so extending it that much can affect the lift and shape. The cup sizes run a bit big according to the increment increase in centimeters as an A cup is close to 2 inches bigger than the band when in most bras its only around one inch so a 38 b should work for you unless your cup runneth over in your size and then a 38 c would be better. I am usually a 30 dd and I had to get a 34 c.

Answer:	I’m a 38D or DD, ordered the XL. It was uncomfortably TIGHT both around and cup, returned for 2XL. It’s ok but still tighter than I’d like. They run small

Answer:	I'm a 38DDD. I sized down from XL and ordered size L. For the way my breasts are, the L holds me in perfectly for running without having to wear two sports bras. I do have to do some adjusting before going running. We have to do that anyway, but adjusting these only takes once. When running, your boobs are happily held in. For your 38H, try the 2XL, going by the by the bra cup order of D, E, F, G. Hope you like them as much as I like mine. I just ordered the 5 pack because these work so well for me.

Answer:	36D here and I ordered a Large but it’s too tight so I can’t imagine a medium being that comfortable for a 34D....for a 34D I would go with Large and for 36D an XL

Answer:	I probably wouldn’t recommend this bra for you unless you plan on wearing it for fun as lingerie vs wearing it under clothes. I’m a 34 DDD and I noticed when I tried to wear this under clothes it gave me a very strange unnatural shape. It really pushes your breasts to the center which for me makes me look strangely wide. For me this bra is just for fun.
