When using B4-X with your cellphone, if you heard some "zhi ~ zhi" noise in your headphone. Q: Tried different source and headphones, but the right channel still has static.

A: Maybe the tube has a poor contact after long shipping process, open the chasis and adjust the screw near the tube while listening (if you cannot find it, contact us and we will give you a photo with marks to help you). Maybe the tube is broken, you can buy a 5899 tube in local shops. And we will refund you the cost.

Q: It broke just now four loud pops and it's doesn't work now.

Q: The Amp has a lot of electronic feedback/interference when a cellphone is nearby. It creates popping in the headphones.

A: Vacuum tubes are easy to be interfered by devices that can transfer siganl like cellphones, routers. Please keep the amp away from them.

Answer:	I have the Valhalla 2, but it doesnt have the traditional "tube sound". However, what I can say, I have the DT990 and I hate the way it sounds from the Valahalla 2. This amp though, tames it in such a pleasing way. Now, along with those, I use the HD600 primarily for listening. The Valhalla 2 has amazing synergy with them. It tightens it up and make them sound amazing. For portability, I have tried the HD600 with this one as well. It sounds a bit more laid back and closer to what youd expect from tubes with PLENTY of volume. TL;DR: For the price, this little amp is pretty great.

No discernible difference from using a standard cable. Handled the low B string just fine. I’m confident it will do fine at gig this weekend with GK+SWR Goliath III cab.

Answer:	As it is I found that mine did also , after research for a few minutes I found that it was my input jack on the guitar . Don’t know if this helps but I cleaned mine with a burst of compressed air and it helped but ultimately I changed the jack out for a new one and I now have crisp and clear sound .

Answer:	I think that the 0.6 watts each measurement, 1.2 watt total must be a mistake, off by a factor of ten. I've tested them against my portable ten watt powered stereo speaker (five watts per channel). They're slightly louder than the portable speaker. I would bet money that these are six watts each, twelve watts total. I'm sorry I don't have a more sophisticated method of testing, but, no way are they just 1.2 watts total.

Answer:	Hello Steve, Thank you for your question. It does work with wired earphones/headphones through the headphone output on the top panel of the Spark.

Answer:	Spark is an amp for bass, electric and acoustic guitar. There are 10,000+ tones and auto chords.
Question:	Are the presets built in or do you have to buy them
Answer:	Yes, there are factory presets built into the amp itself, plus lots more you can load in from the accompanying free Spark app. You also can find thousands more presets and tones free of charge when you log into Spark ToneCloud.
Question:	Is overdrive, chorus, delay, etc built in
Answer:	Yes, there are 40 effects built-in including Noise Gate, Overdrive, Distortion, Delay, Modulation (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo..etc.) and Reverb. You can adjust effects using the control knobs on the amp, or take a deep dive into all of these features and edit your tones in the Spark app that comes free with the Spark amp.

Question:	Does this have delay or reverb
Answer:	Yes, I think it would be secure. I have one attached to my desk organizer, which is lightweight metal and it seems secure. The other one I have is attached to my piano music stand, and it is very secure. The clip is really tight, so I think it would work on a metal wire music stand.
Question:	How do i turn off distortion? the instructions say to hold eq for 2 seconds. that does not work. it just mutes my guitar
Answer:	Not sure, assumed it was a battery issue so used the electric adapter instead. No resolve.

Answer:	If you are buying this in late 2017, you're out of luck. The cord is only 38" long as I measure it. This will not reach to any outlet without an extension cord. The manufacturer must have been cutting corners for profit reasons to make it so short.

Question:	I have a lavaliere microphone with mini jack. What adapter do I need to be able to plug this mic to the input
Answer:	To connect to the 1/4" MONO TS INSTRUMENT INPUT you'll need an 1/8" to 1/4" TS MONO adapter or 1/8" TRS to 1/4" TRS adapter would also work. If connecting only to the AUX INPUT then you will not need an adpater but this input would bypass the PREAMP section AMP TYPES, EQ etc.
