We have graded the fit of all our shoes from 1 to 5 to make it easy for you to find the perfect fitting shoe. All our shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold. Where they differ is in the toe box. Grade 1 represents our closest, most precise fit. At the other end of the scale, Grade 5 has the widest fitting toe box.

We have meticulously studied the foot and its function during the gait cycle and also the interaction between the foot and the terrain. We have used this knowledge to develop our fitting scale. For technical footwear a good fit is essential to enhance your performance.

The lower the number on our scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on our scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It’s also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

As a rough guide, Grade 1 represents an industry B fit, while Grade 5 equates to a 2E fit in the forefoot.

Answer:	These are a lighter weight poly blend. Meaning when poly fibers are knitted with cotton fibers, this helps on shrinkage. My background is in Whole sales fashion specializing in garment dye products. FYI these are pieced dyed. I am very picky, yet I needed goof around Tee's that looked OK. These are good. Not a stylish or athletic fit. Just a good basic. I will say they put the quality in the neck bias. They hold their shape. So I would say they are the perfect weight for goofing around Tee's. I will buy more when they start to wear out.

Answer:	Try "Urban Diction" brand tshirts on Amazon, as they're mostly cotton unlike most basic tshirts you'll see nowadays online. God how I miss 100% cotton sometimes!! Same issue with bed sheets. The only issue with Urban Diction tops is they run large and long. I'm 5'3, Size 14 Pants, XL tops. The XL was way too long and made me feel frumpy so I just ordered a size Large hoping that'll do the trick. They feel like cotton and have a good selection of colors and cuts/vneck etc. And they don't shrink! Size down for sure. Hope this helps! Just search "URBAN DICTION" T-shirts. They mostly only come in 3-4 packs and only cost $20-30. Answer:	Yes, a terrible smell. Two washes and I could still detect it after drying. The third wash finally got rid of it.

Answer:	The tops are actually 26" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. They're 22" if you measure from the front neckline to the bottom hem. I'm 5' so way too long for me.
