Melted chocolate can happen during the early spring or late fall months when there is unexpected hot weather and the item is shipped from PRIME shipping. I am doubtful there would be a problem this time of year (November). Be that as it may, DON"T leave it in the mailbox for 2 days. We send a notification on the day it is to be delivered and you should look for the mail person and get it from them. Anything, even chocolate that has cooling bags in it, can melt if left in a very hot place for too long. After all, we want it to melt smoothly when we eat it so there's no way to avoid that issue! !
