Answer:	You dont! With this tool you have to go by "feel". There are socket type bottom bracket tools such as the Park Tool bbt 19.2, available that allow you to mount them on your torque wrench. I suggest purchasing one of these if proper torque is your concern. The BBT-22 that Goose is using is not for external cups!
