Yes it does - unfortunately it doesn't appear to have a wake mode. Not sure I tried a button yet, but have to turn it over and toggle off-on. Would think it would sense when it is being moved, but alternatively this could be a great power saving option. This gets uses for a few hrs per day; vs another laptop that gets used 10-12 hrs a day - but it never goes dormant - never needs to be toggled off-on. It is small and the color that we desired. A little bigger (longer) and flatter (thinner) than the Logitech M185 it replaced.
