Question:	Should red lights stay on whole time when the earbuds in pod
Answer:	more than likely, I'd be more concerned with how far away is the transmitting towers away from you and if they are transmitting all your local channels. I'm 70 miles away from Daytona (63 channels) , 90 miles from Orlando (70 channels ) , 110 miles to Tampa (35 channels ) and 60 miles from Gainesville (48 channels ) . Orlando & Daytona are the 2 I can get ABC, NBC , CBS , and FOX. Gainesville I miss out CBS , Tampa I miss out CBS and FOX
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	It should light up when everything is hooked up and plugged into a working outlet. When I hooked mine up the light didn't come on either , but I checked the outside GFI outlet plug and had to reset the plug , once the plug was working the light came on.

Answer:	I am not sure of exact dim's but it is about 3 feet by 2 feet , it works as well if not better than my old smaller antenna getting 30% more channels

Answer:	The amplifier is located at the antenna and is fed by power along the coax. Either the power supply or the amp can go bad. It's possible the amp is heat sensitive and might work better in the winter. If you take the amp apart, it has a balun (the little loops of wire around the donut shaped object). The balun is needed to convert unbalanced coax to balanced yagi elements. You could bypass the rest of the amp downstream from the balun and link the balun outputs directly to the coax. Not responsible for the consequences of your trying this. Then use an amp downstairs at the tv. It won't give as good a result, because the amp should be as close as possible to the antenna. The bottom line is that if this type of antenna doesn't work reliably, it's probably time to get a different brand. I think the company had some literature in the box requesting that you contact them directly with questions and issues, so you might want to correspond with them about the problem. Good luck.

1.Why the charging case does not work?

• Rip off the film before putting it into the charging case for charging.
• First, make sure the charging case got enough power, and then put earbuds in right position (do not put them at reverse position), finally confirm light flash

2.Why the earbuds can not connect bluetooth?

• Check whether the earbuds are in searching status and turn off other bluetooth devices.
• Pay attention to the influence of the use environment on the earbuds. To ensure the smooth connection, it is recommended that the distance between the Bluetooth device and the earbuds be within 10M.

3. Why the earbuds does not auto connect?

• Please turn on the bluetooth first on you phone, then take earbuds out from charging case.

Answer:	Put the 1 in that u want to pair/connect and tap the middle with ur finger till it says pairing, then go into ur Bluetooth setting and hit the name of the Bluetooth and it should pair.

Answer:	For sure, it looks nice, sounds good and stays in pretty well! For me personally, the volume up and down function sometimes a little confusing, I do sometimes shut down the device instead of turning the volume up. But for kids that age, I dont think they will have many complaints.

You should be able to pull both of the out at the same time and they will both connect to your phone. You may have to go into your Bluetooth settings and connect them there instead of automatically. Make sure the light on each headphone is flashing blue/red, that means they are waiting to pair with a device.

Answer:	I have an unlocked T-Mobile LG G7 that I purchased from Amazon renewed in November of 2019. While the phone wasn't completely unlocked it was very easy to do so. I simply selected T-Mobile unlock app, follow the directions, and then the phone was unlocked and available to be used on any GSM carrier including AT&T. I have used AT&T ever since the purchase of this phone and have had no problems whatsoever!

Answer:	The T-mobile Variant can be used on Metro by T-mobile sinece they are using the same network. The only criteria is that the phone imei number must be clean not owe money on it toward t-mobile. The refurbished one i got from Amazon was clean and had no issue activating it on Metro.

Answer:	Wow all of these reviews are not accurate to what you asked since you asked two questions, so I am going to give you and everyone else the real answer to your question: the ram is 4gb and max size for external micro sd card storage is 2tb. Jeff in an answer 2 years ago states 4 mb ram but he mispelled as no electronic could not even boot up nor function not to mention if a cellphone was made with that then anyone with knowledge of ram would never but it since they know it would be impossible to even boot up the phone.
