Answer:	First, it's not a spray. It is an oil based product that you work through with your fingers. Depending on your hair type, you can use it after your hair is dryed as a smoothing product. I find it too heavy for my fine hair to do it that way. I use 4 drops at night, working it through with my fingers and let it absorb overnight. Then I wash and style as normal in the morning. But again, my hair is fine and I do wash it every morning. This is a great product if your hair is dry, you just have to find what works for your hair type. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I have fine hair as well, and am in my mid 50s. I have had success with argan oil in that i use a small pea sized drop worked through my palms and applied to wet hair after shower, before styling. Additionally, I use a small drop in my palm before I incorporate my foundation makeup, it makes it so easy to apply and the smooth texture is great. Have been a happy user for a few years now, but did at first use way too much oil and my hair was definitely oily:)
