Answer:	The beautician at my hair salon said you should never wash a boar bristle brush, coz then your washing off the oils that are good for your hair. A regular comb only cleans so much, i found that Afro Pik combs, the ones with long, metal wires, are great for cleaning a boar bristle brush. My beautician has a professional's metal comb, with a long, thin handle that ends in a very thin point that she uses that looks effective, but i've never found one for myself.

Torino Pro #89 is a 7 row palm brush with grey soft bristles. This brush has good pull and lay and is comparable with the torino#110 from the fatality series. This brush is great to combine with the other 7 row torino pro palms like the #1890 and #1900.

I stuff the brushes with extra bristles so when you get the brush and bristles come out don't be alarmed that's part of the design process.

The bristles stop shedding after 3 weeks also these brushes are not for wash and styles or to be wetting in the shower you will ruin the brush please use a royalty shower brush for that.

Take care that the wooden brush body does not get too wet. Rinse the brush in clear water and allow to dry at room temperature with bristles pointing downward. Proper care will prolong the life of your natural brush.
Question:	Anyone care to share their comments about boar bristle hair brush benefits
Answer:	It is fairly stiff but it really depends on how much hair you have / how thick it is. I have medium thick fine hair and I find they aren't stiff enough to properly get into my hair and touch the scalp. Then again, our definitions of stiff might be different! If I put the brush against my hand and press down, I can bend the bristles; that might be a more helpful measure?

Answer:	Mine smells bad, too. I got the pink one and I've had it about a month. I'm hoping the smell will go away. One interesting thing is that my daughter's Wet Brush is SHINY pink and doesn't smell at all; mine is a MATTE pink and smells a lot.
