Answer:	The dial "hand soap" would be fine as a body wash. It is antibacterial soap. You may also consider the dial hand soap with the moisturizer. It is still the same but more gentle on the skin. Hope this helps.

Question:	How does it do on longer hair--do you need a conditioner with it to get rid of tangles
Answer:	I don't find it to be particularly hydrating--I use it on my kids hair fairly regularly but try to use a conditioner once a week to make it a little softer. It's definitely easy to have one product that does it all but I have boys with shorter hair

Answer:	It's more for washing the body and hair. I have noticed that the bath water is more soapy afterwards. I use something else for bubble bath in combination.

Answer:	I purchased this for my sister in law to use on my severely handicapped niece. I did not receive any negative feedback from her.

Answer:	We use it as bubble bath all the time! It works well, but the bubbles don't last as long as some other less natural type brands. My boys don't seem bothered much by that though.

Answer:	Like all pumps these days, they can be difficult to open the first time. I hold the thinner middle ring tightly with one hand, while turning the top pump nozzle counterclockwise with the other hand, until the pump nozzle pops up.

Question:	Why doesn't the pump work? all 3 of the pumps in my 3-pack don't turn properly to the open position. am i doing this wrong? anyone have the answer
Answer:	They arrive locked so they do not leak. One of mine was harder than the others to open, but hold bottle bottom in your hand, with the other hand push down on pump top and turn in arrow direction and it may take more than one full turn around to unlock it. Safety measure so small children don't eat it because it smells so good.
Question:	Could this be used as a body wash to help repel bugs naturally
Answer:	This product wasn't formulated for use as a body wash and we haven't done any testing on the product as a bug repellent, so it's probably best to stick with something that was specifically made for that purpose.
