Answer:	It's very small, and just has enough air for a few blasts, so I haven't even tested it, not wanting to waste one. But due to the small size of the canister and horn, I doubt it makes a very loud noise. At any rate, it's fine for carrying in a handbag, but probably not much use for boats or long-distance situations.

Answer:	If the super blast horn is screw on, it should work. They worked with my Safety Sport horn. The cans are small, about the size of a D battery, the can for my Super Blast is about the size of a shaving cream can. Only use it on my boat, so not worried about that, not sure the difference in the number of blasts per can! hope that helps

Answer:	I believe what is meant is the material has 3 layers an outer PVC coating a center fabric layer and a inner PVC coating and on the bottom of the 13' boat I purchased the black bottom fabric over laps the red fabric of the tubes so you have 2 layers of the fabric on the bottom of the tubs, if you look close at the table listed on the boat advertainment boats less than 13' are made of 0.90mm fabric and boats greater than 13' are constructed of 1.20mm fabric, hope this helps
