Answer:	4-24-16 The one I received today IS the updated version with the steel mesh hose and 2 AAA batteries. Also, simplified battery installation/replacement procedure. Answer:	Yes, the black air hose that is attached to this unit has 1/4" NPT on both ends and fits standard accessories. It appears that any of the Milton dual head air chucks will fit as they are furnished with female 1/4" NPT.

Answer:	Put on correctly, it seals and will hold air...it is not a cheap fitting. I have used mine to check tire pressure even without an air hose hooked up when I was just checking.

Question:	how loud is the unit? Is is too loud to mount in the cab area
Answer:	Here is a video I uploaded onto youtube. The compressor is mounted to a piece of 3/4" partical board (I still need to carpet it), which is mounted to some 1"x1"x1/8" angle steel, which I sandwich clamped onto my Garvin Wilderness interior rack in my 2015 Xterra which the legs were wrapped with a few wraps of "F4" or "self fusing tape" as found here on Amazon. The prevents damaging the finish on the legs, and provides another layer of vibration and noise dampening. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

If using a dual head type tire chuck with an inflator gauge and notice air is escaping through the off-side once connected to the tire’s Schrader valve, simply release the trigger and remove the inflator from the Schrader/tire valve. Point the straight side of the outlet up into the air (make sure it’s not pointed at someone). Squeeze trigger, allow air to flow (gravity will cause the sealing valve to drop), and place the chuck end onto the Schrader/tire valve while air is still flowing. Air will start to flow into the tire.

Dual head type tire chucks are unable to inflate a completely flat (zero air pressure) tire. Tire air pressure would normally cause the sealing valve to move and seal the unused side of the chuck. However, if a tire has 0 air pressure, the self-sealing valve has no pressure to react to.

Question:	Has anyone used this with a presta adapter
Answer:	this is an automotive style so it has a schrader valve fitting. Look for a presta valve adapter. They are cheap, buy two they're small so you're going to lose it. Other than specialty bike supplies nothing comes ready to use with a presta valve.
Question:	Can any sort of Presta adapter be used with this inflator
Answer:	Yes, I use it on Presta & Schrader valves on my bicycle tires.
Question:	how do you switch from straight to angled head
Answer:	You don't. The angled head is for checking a truck dual when the valve stem is facing away from you. You go behind it with the angle head and pull it toward you.
Question:	Has anyone verified the accuracy of the gauge
Answer:	It's close when it's new but it will lose calibration. From Roy's review: "To adjust this gauge, take the big screw off of the end, and then pry out the plastic discs with the little holes in the center. Now slide the cartridge out. Take the big screw off the end of the cartridge, and use a little screwdriver to adjust the gauge. 1/2 turn = about 5 psi at the low (30-40 lb) end of the scale. A little trial and error checking against a gauge you trust at the pressures you’re checking... and you’re done." It definitely helped me, I just calibrated mine and it's dead on. I'll add that you want to turn the screw clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the reading.
