Ways to lessen fold marks: - Lightly heat the folds on the bag with a hair dryer, constantly moving the dryer in hand and then press on the folds with your hand to smoothen them. - Stuff the bag with small towels/cloth for several days. - Or simply carry on using the bags and the folds on the bag will disappear over time.

NOTE: The side button of our Trinity bag is made fixed, please do not attempt to dislodge the button.

Bags may appear powdered when you receive them new, this is a normal occurrence and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
