Question:	It says that the height is adjustable, what is the range? We only need about 2" high for our toddler
Answer:	When it says it's adjustable it's a bit misleading. You can't actually adjust the height to what you want, what there is is the seat and the grey part is an insert that adds about an inch and a half in height to the booster. If you only need 2 inches then you can just remove the grey insert and use the seat only.
Question:	Is this a hollow bottom where the pressure is on the 4 corners or a solid flat bottom? We have leather padded seats that were damaged by the former

Answer:	There's nothing you can do. The normal lifespan of a MMCX cable is about 6 months to one year, since westone is far below normal, they offer you a free exchange within 3 months of original purchase date. You best bet is to get one from another brand.

Answer:	The bottom tray without the cup holder area is 7.75 x 13 inches. Top tray with cup holder is 7.5 x 9.5. Yes, some of the larger children's divided plates will not sit flat on the tray. I have found a few small divided plates and or use bowls/saucers. Sometimes the food goes directly on the tray depending on what it is.
