Answer:	I'm sorry I can't remember and no longer have the packaging. They feel pretty well made but the cheap price makes me believe it probably is made in China.

Answer:	Are you asking the length of the entire pair of snips or the length they can cut with 1 squeeze? The snips themselves are about 4 and 1/2 inches but the blades themselves are about an inch. If you were to take them and squeeze you'd get an inch long cut. Now you can also run them along to cut the length you choose. I hope this helps answer your question.
