Answer:	Just a guesstimate, but I think 1 to 2 bottles would suffice. A thin straight bead along the edges and a thin zig zag pattern (don't go overboard) throughout the remainder should do the trick. Don't think you have to have every inch of the surface to be covered. After drying it "should have a uniform effect" I've only used this product on a small area, but I've done similar repairs with other adhesives (not fabric) and it does the trick.

Answer:	First of all, it will be affected by whether you are using Velcro that has a sticky back or not -- it is possible that the chemicals in the two different glues would react adversely to each other. Assuming a non-sticky backing on the Velcro, Aleene's Platinum Bond Adhesive will attach it to felt. As far as longevity is concerned, I think I would also tack the velcro with a needle and thread in a few places to help take stress off the glue. You are correct that there will be a repetitive shearing stress on the velcro pieces and the bottom line is I don't know how long this application would hold up as I have never tried it before (you might want to take old velcro that is not very strong off of some other item you own, or at least put the fuzzy side on the removable piece). Be sure to let the bond cure for at least 24 hours before testing it! Since Aleene's has so many great applications and is so reasonably priced, there is no reason not to try it for this -- you'll end up using it for something. Please let us all know if it works to your satisfaction.

Answer:	To my experience, Aleene's Platinum Bond Adhesive (now called Aleene's Super Fabric Adhesive, but the UPC number is still 0-17754-15271-8), does not cause plastic gemstones to degrade and have a cracked appearance. I have made many costumes for my children with this Aleene's product. Over the course of fifteen years, I have never seen any gemstones take on an unusual appearance even after ten years or more. I've attached plastic jewels to fabrics ranging from real and fake leathers to satin, chiffon and netting (butterfly wings). I can't say enough good things about this particular Aleene's product. I have never tried the E6000 product of which you speak, so I can only imagine the cracked appearance you describe in your question, but I can say the plastic jewels I've mated with this glue look just as good as the day I applied them to the fabric, even years later. I have used the Allene's Tacky Glue (in the gold colored bottle) and it doesn't work at all. Delta Jewel Glue and Beacon Gem Tac are slightly better than totally worthless, but just aren't in the same league as Aleene's Platinum Bond. The Platinum Bond Adhesive also really does work in the context of running things through the washing machine (in a lingerie bag), and plastic jewels don't look any different afterwards and two fabrics glued together don't fall apart.

Answer:	Yes, Pull the patch off a little more, Be Very carful with this Aleene's glue it is Very Runny. Squeeze out just enough, Once you glue right up to the Edge of the Patch Press firmly, It's better to put something Heavy on it. BEFORE it is Totally Dry, say about 15 minutes take some duck tape and dab at any excess that has escaped from the edge of the patch. then put your weight back and let it dry, a good 8 - 12 hours.

Use Fabric Fusion sparingly – too much adhesive will slow the drying process and over-saturate the fabric, which weakens the adhesion.

To avoid oversaturation, try brushing on a thin layer of Fabric Fusion when adhering lighter fabrics to fabric, then lightly press together.

 If user see inside the blue cap, user can see a pointy tip. This pointy tip is inserted inside the bottle to keep the liquid from leaking.

This product was designed and manufactured in this way. In most cases, the opening is blocked. For this specific product, however, because the pointy tip is placed inside already. The pointy tip fits exactly into the hole.

Therefore, a separate blockage is not needed in this product.

Question:	Does it dry clear? I want to fix snake leather tear on the shoe. Will it stay? If not, any other products to suggest
Answer:	It dries clear, but I have not used it to mend tears in Fabric.
Question:	Assuming the the top is closed properly, does it dry out if used infrequently
Answer:	Though I have not tried that it certainly should work!
Question:	Will it work to repair Muck boots
Answer:	Can't remember how fast it works, just that I did not like it. When dried, feels rubbery. Much prefer the regular fabric fusion.
Question:	would it work well for putting a woven sports patch on a jacket
Answer:	I wouldn't use it for that application, because of the weight. However, I may have an answer for you. I had the same problem with a bimini top on my boat. Unless you have access to a heavy duty sewing machine you can't stitch it either. Here's what I did. Take an awl or small phillips screw driver, hold the material together and make a small hole in both sides. Now, install an aluminum pop rivet with a washer on both surfaces. This requires a little patience, but , my canvas top has been in place for four years, at speeds of up to 45 mph. This is not as unattractive as you might think, and is very effective. Good luck!
