Answer:	After you open it and take out the scoop, close the container an shake it up and down for about 10 seconds, it will fluff back up to about 3/4 full.

Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	Fermented soy is listed as a the last ingredient---almost as an afterthought. I'm lactose intolerant and have a very sensitive GI tract that doesn't tolerate soy based protein powders, but this one doesn't bother me at all. This is a quote from Mercola.com: "Fermented soy stops the effect of phytic acid and increases the availability of isoflavones. The fermentation also creates the probiotics--the "good" bacteria the body is absolutely dependent on, such as lactobacilli--that increase the quantity, availability, digestibility and assimilation of nutrients in the body." There's a wide variety of other online sources of info. about the apparent safety and actual benefits of fermented soy vs unfermented. Of course, this may not apply to someone who is truly allergic to soy products. Answer:	I’ve lost 40lbs since starting the shakes over a year ago. I drink them every morning for breakfast at work and they start to help suppress my appetite in the evenings. Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.

Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.

Answer:	Bone broth is better from the perspective that you're making a broth from bones without going through mfg. However, bone broth only provides type I collagen, Collagen Peptides provides types I and III, neither of which gives you all peptides.
