Answer:	Must be something wrong with filter. I took old one out- twisted new one to the right ( do not get too tight). I had to run the water for a bit before I got an even stream but other than that- worked perfectly. Very pleased.

Question:	NSF Certified
Answer:	The product is NSF 42 certified which means it handles asthetic properties of water (taste, color, etc). However, unlike GE filters this is not NSF 53 certified which means it is NOT certified to filter out harmful microbes, pesticides, herbicides, and other natural things one would find with wells or accidental contamination along the delivery path to your fridge. So yeah, it's cheaper but it's not certified for carbon filtration and the removal of these things. I guess you get what you pay for. I am now replacing my BEST for a genuine GE filter again :(
Question:	Is this filter both nsf 42 & 53 certified
Answer:	See my other comment. 42 is aesthetics (color, taste, etc...). 53 is carbon filtering that protects against harmful microbes, chemicals, pesticides, etc... This product is only 42 as I noted on the one I just received from Amazon in August 2016. To get the same certified effect of a GE MWF you'd need this BEST product plus another carbon filter like one of those ones you fill and put in the refrigerator.

Answer:	Great question... I am also looking for a residential size toilet, with a full size, elongated bowl... The only RV toilet that I've found so far, is the Dometic 320 series... But, for some reason, NONE OF THESE MANUFACTURERS LIST THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER OF THE DRAIN HOLE, TO THE BACK WALL... They do NOT all fit... The Dometic 320 would not fit in my camper, as it is about 3 full inches too long, from the middle of the drain, to the wall behind the toilet... But, you need to contact each manufacturer, to get their individual specs, as NOBODY LISTS THESE SPECS... Very poor planning on EVERY manufacturers part! Turns what could be a quick sale, into a nightmare, trying to find something that will work! The height does not really matter... In most cases, the width does not really matter... In most cases, the overall length does not matter... BUT THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER OF THE DRAIN, TO THE BACK WALL MOST DEFINITELY MATTERS...
Question:	is this filter the same as EFF-6013A
Answer:	No, but the bowl does collect about 1-2 inches of water in the bottom. When the bottom seals up the water still runs for a second or two and the water stays in the bottom for upto a week with out draining out. You can also let more water in by slighly touching the foot pedal allowing water to come in to the bowl but not opening the seal. So it will not work like your house toliet but it does have a great seal that will allow you to manipulate it to funtion almost like your house toliet.

Q: Why is the "Change Filter" indicator light still on after the new filter installed?

A:The majority of the refrigerators need a manual reset. Please press and hold the indicator light/filter for 3 seconds to reset the system. Please refer to your user manual.

Q: What should I do if your filter cartridge looks different from what I am using?

A: Each brand has its own design, but the key parts of the filter should be the same as the filter you use.Please try to install.If it doesn't work, make sure your fridge has the correct filter model

Q: Do I need to flush the filter after installation?

A: The new filter should be flushed for at least 2 minutes to condition it and discard the first two batches of ice before using. The water filter is made from coconut shell activated carbon block, harmless charcoal residuals and fines can be found in the new filter. The flush process will remove carbon fines out of the system.

Q: Do I need to replace the filter every six months?

A:Yes, you must replace the filter every six months or sooner. Filter’s life depends entirely on your local water quality and frequency of use. Failed to replace the filter will cause a reduced water flow or sediment/rust present in water. Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance and might cause water leakage.

Answer:	Well the depth is not what we bought this for you see the plumbing was 12" off the wall so your standard toilet to day needs to be 16 " from the back of wall.so it you are asking for reasons to keep it of your wall you would have to measusre from the toilet pipe to the wall and if you have 16" the It would give you 4 inches behind the tank. Question:	Where are these filters made
Answer:	Toto recommends the SS113#01. Usually any Round Front Toto toilet seat with work with Toto Round Front toilets.
Question:	Are these filters NSF 42 certified
Answer:	Any decent wax ring will do. The real issue is the position of your floor flange. If the flange is mounted, as it should be, on top of the finished floor, than a normal thickness wax ring will be fine. If the top of your floor flange is flush with the finished floor or lower, then two wax rings (not two with the plastic insert, bottom one with no insert, top one with insert or without) or one extra thick #10 wax ring. You can also use the Sani-Seal waxless seal if you wish, but wax works wonderfully and is much less expensive.
Question:	Has anyone else had black specks on the bottom of your glass when the ice melts? I have used 2 of these filters and I have had this problem w/both
Answer:	The tank lid is not exactly flat. But you can place a small item or a tray. I keep a little glass bowl filled with soaps/shower & bath fizz products which look pretty and smells nice too!
