Answer:	The Japanese version does not have English dubs/subtitles to the best of my knowledge. I played through the whole thing before it was released stateside and never saw the option. On the positive side, you'll get to experience the game more along the lines of how it was originally built. The Japanese voiceovers seem to sync better with lip movement/emotion as well.If you are a diehard Final Fantasy beast like myself then it may be cool to play through it in Japanese as it was the first fully voiced Final Fantasy. The Vita makes it digestable in whatever bite sized chunks you want. If you are merely interested in the game or have not played it before I would lean towards the U.S. version... unless you are learning Japanese or want to be a Final Fantasy OG. Answer:	There doesn't appear to be any voice overs during conversation dialog. Although, when creating a character you can select a difference voice, but I believe that's only for battle grunts. There is no option in the settings for selecting a language either.

Answer:	Great questions, so my game is Region 1 (North America), and PSPs are not region locked - meaning my game should play just fine on your imported PSP. The one thing you should worry about (not necessarily with this game, but for other things) is that the UMD, Universal Media Disc, IS region locked. So if you wanted to get "The Office" for your PSP, it has to come from the region your PSP was imported from. This doesn't apply to video games as far as I know, though, if you were to buy this game from me, and ended up having this problem I would be happy to give you a full refund.
