Question:	How do you update the firmware? i’ve gone to the website but it gives me a download file that my pc says it can’t open. help is appreciated
Answer:	You need to some software to open the .rar file type. I use Windows 10 and there is a free app in the Windows store called "RAR Opener" that works fine. It will extract the files to a folder of your choice and you can then run the .exe file in the extracted folder to update the device. There is also a PDF file with instructions in the extracted folder.
Question:	Out of the box,will it work for 'nintendo switch'?I do not own a pc for firmware updates..Thanks
Answer:	Yes it has updated the latest firmware and will work for Nintendo Switch out of the box. However , if there is new firmware come out in the further ( as Nintendo Switch will also update firmware ) , you would still need a PC to work with the update.

Answer:	Yes. You have to update the adapter to update 1.19 - http://www.mayflash.com/Support/Download/ You have to install the update on PC. After extracting, run the update program, plug in your adapter (make sure it has a red light), click Update. Once it finishes, plug it into your Switch, and before pairing or connection the dualshock 4, first check your Switch system settings than the pro controller wired connection is enabled, then put the adapter to Switch Pro controller mode (PURPLE LIGHT) by holding the tiny button on the side.
